Skyler Madison Fontana, PhD in Jungian & Archetypal Psychology.
What I do and Why I do it: “I am a life/creativity coach and teacher. I help people to achieve their creative potential.”
Skyler’s journey began with the founding of a Wellness Center in NY.
Skyler created The Nirvana Diet, a diet for the mind over fifteen years ago. Skyler also holds certifications in life coaching, meditation, yoga and hypnotherapy.
She has helped thousands of people change unwanted habits and overcome road blocks to help creative types pursue their dreams. Following the completion of my PhD, I am now focused on writing and helping others write their stories and coach them on how to turn them into stories for episodic tv and movies.
Skyler found that many people she works with need help with focus, goal setting and accountability.
Skyler’s dissertation for her PhD was in using a depth approach to help navigate the creative process.
This included how writing creatively based on material from your personal psychology can be a transformational experience.
Skyler is a storydoctor and coaches writers to tell the best story they can and helps them to get their stories produced.
Skyler’s philosophy… Life is a journey that includes a movement towards a greater sense of wholeness.
The goal is to be more you, your authentic self as opposed to the culturally conditioned self that feels inauthentic, routine and lacks fulfillment.
“I consider the work I do with people to be their hero’s journey… that is finding a way back to finding your authentic self and creating the life you love…one that is aligned with what is most meaningful to you.”
